GOD WILL ANSWER YOU
BOLTS OF WISDOM – 29th JANUARY 2025
“Building and defending the family of God everyday.”
Exodus 17:4-6 (NIV Bible) 4 Then Moses cried out to the Lord, “What am I to do with these people? They are almost ready to stone me.”5 The Lord answered Moses, “Go out in front of the people. Take with you some of the elders of Israel and take in your hand the staff with which you struck the Nile, and go. 6 I will stand there before you by the rock at Horeb. Strike the rock, and water will come out of it for the people to drink.” So Moses did this in the sight of the elders of Israel.
Moses was facing a life and death situation in the above verses. The people he led were thirsty and had no water to drink and they blamed Moses for their life circumstances. They were ready to stone Moses and kill him. Moses responded by talking to God and asking Him what he must do in that terrible situation he was in. God gave Moses the unusual solution, strike the rock and water will come out. Moses did it and the people had water to drink and his life was no longer threatened.
Be expectant, by the innovation of the Holy Spirit, focus on God, ask Him for whatever you desire, especially in prayer, and He will give you answers. The rest of your week and year are filled with good news only in Jesus name, amen.
